Ridhuan Mringo

He is the Founder and Chairman of DERM GROUP LIMITED; formerly know and Derm Electrics (T) Ltd since 1998 incorporated as Services contractors in Electrical HVAC and ICT installations. Based on his strong business acumen, he has led the company to invest in several other ventures including the banking sector – his passion. With his passion in the financial sector, he is personally a shareholder of Mwanga Hakika Bank and Derm Group is the majority shareholder.

Ridhuan is also the chairperson of the Bank. His goal is to ensure the ongoing success of the group by developing talents and abilities, and by expanding its activities into even-more technically challenging fields. He appreciates the prospect of taking the company forward, in this increasingly demanding and competitive world by building on the Groups’s special core values and skills.
