Santina Majengo Benson

Santina has led key initiatives including spearheading the organisation’s Ethical Leadership agenda through the establishment of the National Integrity Pledge, and launched the CEO Apprenticeship Programme — with 25% of participants graduating to CEO positions in its first year. She serves as a Non-Executive Director of KCB Bank Tanzania Ltd and a Board Director of the Strathmore Global Institute, and holds a Master’s in Management from Caldwell University, New Jersey.
