Development Vision the agenda is built against

Through expertise derived from within the membership, strategic alliances and representation within private-sector platforms, CEOrt is a pillar of thought leadership and delivers collaborative advocacy on cross-cutting, overarching issues for positive and sustainable socio-economic impact.

The work is deliberately evidence-led. Positions are grounded in data, expert analysis and structured member dialogue — from PwC’s budget and finance-bill analysis delivered at engagements, to the forty-year view set out in the Tanzania Industrialisation Journey, to the discussion summaries published after each economic-outlook session.

The advocacy agenda spans the fiscal and regulatory framework, tax administration, public–private partnerships, access to finance, trade under AfCFTA, energy security and the terms on which Tanzania competes for capital.
