Sustainable Finance Principles drafted with IUCN

Prosperity is where CEOrt invests rather than advocates. The pillar spearheads leadership development and human capacity building through the CEO Apprenticeship Programme, delivered with Strathmore University Business School — and it carries the sustainability and inclusion agendas alongside it.

The three flagship programmes sit here: CAP for the executive pipeline, the Business & Sustainability agenda for the finance and market conditions of a green transition, and Think Equal, Lead Smart for the half of the talent pool that leadership has historically excluded.

Members also contribute significantly to the economy through employment, capacity building, technology transfer and skills development — all critical to ensuring continued and strategic investment for the country.
