Ms. Tabia Massudi is currently the General Manager of Assemble Insurance Tanzania Limited responsible for overall operations by ensuring that the company meets its growth, profitability and business expansion targets.
She also has a responsibility to ensure that the company strategies are well planned, implemented, and above all develop relationships with key stakeholders to sustain the corporate brand.
With over 20 years of business experience working with reputable multinational and International companies, her competencies include leadership, Management, Sales, Marketing, Administration, Customer services, Call centre Operations and Public Relations
Her commitment to business has enabled the companies she has worked for to uplift and sustain strong brands, revenues and profits realizations.
Tabia is an experienced coach and trainer that has inspired and enabled many individuals to achieve leadership and business goals.She was awarded the best marketer of the year in 2020 in the Banking and Financial Institutes awards.
Outside the business world, Tabia has an interest in youth development; she has served as a National Executive Committee member of the Tanzania Scout Association for 5 years. She has supported the Association in various youth development programmes.
Apparently in sharpening her Insurance professionals skills, Tabia is attending an ongoing Studies on International Post Graduate Diploma in Insurance with the Institute of Insurance and Risk Management – Hyderabad India.
