Managing Director
Paul Muhato is a husband and father with a keen interest in social entrepreneurship – creating sustainable solutions that impact society positively.
He is a 45-year old petroleum executive with 19 years’ experience in the downstream petroleum industry, having held the roles of Managing Director at Vivo Energy Tanzania Ltd., Engen Petroleum Tanzania Ltd. and acting General Manager at Kobil Tanzania Ltd. While based in Kenya, Paul played a crucial role in supporting petroleum supply logistics, sales and marketing for Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, DRC and Zambia as the Africa Trading Desk Manager for KenolKobil Limited.
Currently, Paul is the Managing Director of Top Archive EA Limited, a leading archive, storage and information management solution provider in Africa as well as a director at Blackland Investment Ltd. registered in Kenya, specializing in co-working space (Gig Co-work) as well as real estate development.
Paul has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Management) from the University of Eastern Africa – Baraton (Kenya) and a Master’s degree in Business Administration in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the University of York St. John (UK).
In addition to his involvement in the Rotary Club of Oysterbay (in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania), the Masaki Executive Toastmasters Club, the Kenya and South Africa Business Forums, The Africa List as well as the CEO Roundtable of Tanzania, Paul takes time to mentor teenagers and young adults to promote family values, hard work and ethics
