Managed the planning and execution of the digital transformation project with a total value of 20 MUSD at Tamweel Supported in developing the company business plan including cash flows, P&L, and Balance sheet for Auto and Retail Products with total estimate of 1 BN EGP of bookings
Implemented the balance scorecard for the Auto Product at Tamweel reflecting all related operational and financial KPIs
Re-built the account management and client relations department at Xceed while maintaining YOY growth from existing clients reaching 25% for onshore accounts and 40% for offshore ones
Expanded the portfolio of services provided by Xceed to its clients reaching an annual turnover of 11 M USD covering BPO, RPO, and hosting services for both onshore and offshore arms
Repositioned Mobiserve Algeria in the telecom field achieving 2nd rank with its clients during the launch of the 3G (rollout and engineering installation)
Successfully turned the deployment business unit positive at Mobiserve Algeria while improving the aging receivables by 45% and availing needed cash to run the 12M USD value of operations smoothly
Restructured the operational and financial reporting system for the telecom engineering business line across Mobiserve 7 subsidiaries
Managed the startup of Mobiserve Burundi remotely and on-site covering budget, cash flow, P&L, rollout, and collections with a total value of 500K USD
Implemented the PMO office department at Fist Service and participated in the establishment of the PMO across Mobiserve Holding in accordance with the PMI standards and tools
Led the construction activities of the first lead remediation project in Egypt funded by the USAID and successfully delivered the largest 2 sites within scope, budget, and time with a total value of 2 M USD
Established TAQA first foot presence in Africa, and led TAQA Arabia Investments in Tanzania, specifically in the CNG business with a portfolio of 12M$ in partnership with JCG (known as TAQA Dalbit)
