The fifth CAP Cohort 4 Mentorship session

The fifth CAP Cohort 4 mentorship session, theme ‘’Power, Influence and Leaving a Legacy ‘’ was kicked off on 18th April 2024, with a keynote speaker, Ambassador Ombeni Sefue. He previously served as an ambassador representing Tanzania in over 4 countries, forging strong relationships and cooperation resulting in fruitful today’s collaborations and friendly investment in the economic growth of the country

The session empowered participants to motivate and inspire others, aligning them with a shared vision. It also emphasized building genuine relationships, fostering trust, and facilitating effective communication, enabling leaders to shape opinions and catalyze change. By implementing positive changes, fostering growth, and inspiring future generations, leaders leave a lasting legacy that resonates beyond their time.
