The first CAP Cohort 4 mentorship session, themed “Leadership from a Global Landscape,” kicked off on September 27, 2023, with a keynote speaker, Larry Kay. He is a global leader known for his creativity in helping people thrive in high-performing, creative environments and innovative organizations. Larry Kay has decades of experience in various creative endeavours and has worked with renowned entities such as Disney, PBS, The Muppets, The Pink Panther, and Aerosmith.
The session provided participants with the opportunity to rethink their leadership style and how they can apply creativity and innovation within their organizations.
