CAP Cohort 2 hit the ground running! Participants have made great headway in immersing themselves into the planned modules, including an impactful mentorship session.
The second cohort of the CEO Apprenticeship Programme is firmly underway! Last month, beyond submitting their socio-economic impact project proposals, participants engaged in Knowledge Forum sessions and the first Business Simulation exercise. Their journey to leadership excellence continues as they hone their skills in strategy, critical thinking, and decision making on a global platform.
The candidates also had their first mentorship session with Jubilee Insurance Group CEO, Dr. Julius Kipng’etich. Dr. Kipng’etich, known for having led a number of organizational turnarounds, reminded CAP candidates of the agility required when leading in times of uncertainty. The world we live in now is made all the more uncertain with matters ranging from the lows of the pandemic and climate change to the highs of technological advancements and the rise of Generation Z.
