As we marked the 5th Anniversary of the CEO Apprenticeship Programme (CAP) and the graduation of Cohort 5 on 29th August 2025, we reaffirmed CAP’s commitment to shaping leaders rooted in excellence, prepared to drive Tanzania’s transformation and Vision 2050. Established to nurture the next generation of CEOs and senior executives through mentorship, exposure, and values-based leadership, CAP has, in just five years, become one of the most respected leadership development platforms, training over 90 local executives.
