Frank Mwalongo
Managing Partner
Frank Mwalongo is the Managing Partner of Apex Attorneys. He holds LLM and LLB from the University of Dar-es-Salaam and MBA from the Eastern and Southern African Management Institute (ESAMI). Frank has been in active legal practice as an advocate for sixteen years now. Frank has published several articles in TLS journal including the Labour Dispute Handling Procedure in Tanzania and The Dilemma in the Pecuniary Jurisdiction of the High Court of Tanzania. Frank has been the presenter/facilitator to TLS organized seminars and conferences for seven years, majoring on labour laws and practice, professional ethics and mentorship to young practitioners. Currently, Frank Mwalongo is the transaction advisor of the Government of Tanzania in LNG project.
