Sebastian grew up in Tanzania and lives now, after 15 years in Germany, with his wife and three kids in Mbweni Zanzibar. He studied civil engineering in England and Germany and specialised on real estate investment. During his time in Germany, Sebastian worked for real estate departments of major companies such as Deutsche Bank, PriceWaterhouseCoopers and KPMG. His vision is to set up reliable and professional real estate services in Zanzibar and Tanzania and to develop modern housing concepts for the growing and dynamic Africa mid class.
