He serves as the dynamic Managing Director of Davis & Shirtliff (Tanzania) Limited and plays a pivotal role as a Director at Davis & Shirtliff (Zanzibar) Limited. He is at the forefront of transformative initiatives, tirelessly working to improve lives through offering water and energy solutions across Africa.
Prior to his current role, he wielded his expertise in the Telecommunication and Manufacturing Industries, showcasing his versatility and strategic acumen. Within Davis & Shirtliff, he seamlessly transitioned through various roles before assuming leadership in Tanzanian entity. He is committed to nurturing talent and believes in training and delegating responsibilities to young professionals, guiding them to assume senior positions.
He holds a record of impactful projects aimed at bettering communities. Notable endeavors include leading Water and Energy solutions across Tanzania pioneering solar pumping initiatives using renewable energy and spearheading water treatment projects across the country. Holding a bachelor’s degree in engineering, he is not only a leader in the technical realm but also a champion for diversity and inclusion.
