Mr. Chipeta is the founder of Hallmark Attorneys. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree with Honours (LL. B Hons) and Masters of Laws (LL.M) in Corporate and Law of Associations (Companies). He is an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and Courts subordinate there to. He is also an Advocate of the High Court of Zanzibar and Courts subordinate there to with over n years of experience in legal practice.
