Prof. Eliamani Sedoyeka
Prof. Eliamani Sedoyeka’s career demonstrates a remarkable blend of academic and public service. As the current Rector of the Institute of Accountancy Arusha (IAA), he previously held prestigious positions as Permanent Secretary in both the Ministry of Natural Resources and Tourism and the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology. Prof. Sedoyeka’s expertise extends beyond leadership roles, as he is also a recognized ICT Chartered Profession specializing in areas like 3G/4G technologies and network security. His research interests lie in bridging the digital divide and improving rural connectivity, reflected in his numerous publications and co-founding of the Datoga Foundation, which supports education in nomadic communities.
