As the Group CEO of JEFAG Group Ltd since January 2023, I am proud to lead the organization with a deep passion for driving excellence and fostering innovation in the logistics industry. With over 8 years of experience in logistics, I have honed my expertise in various areas, including procurement, human resources, sales and marketing, finance, and administration.
My journey in the logistics field started at JEFAG ICD, where I gained a comprehensive understanding of the company’s operations. This experience laid a solid foundation for my career as I pursued my MBA and took on management roles within the group. Prior to my current position, I successfully managed the Customs Bonded Container Freight Station (CFS) and Empty Container Depot (ECD) divisions of KEFA and Fantuzzi, which are integral parts of the JEFAG Group.
My diverse experience across different logistics functions has shaped me into a dynamic leader capable of tackling multifaceted challenges. I thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at multitasking, and possess a natural ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
Beyond my professional pursuits, I am deeply passionate about marketing and design. I actively engage in freelance graphic and marketing projects, allowing me to channel my creativity and imagination. Furthermore, I am committed to veganism and hold certification as a vegan lifestyle coach. Through continuous education and advocacy, I strive to promote a sustainable and compassionate lifestyle.

JEFAG Group Ltd
JEFAG Group is a logistics company based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The Group is comprised of four private companies managing the imports and exports of the Dar es Salaam port. DICD and JEFAG Logistics are two inland container depots (ICD), working with the port as an extension to the terminal. The ICDs combined have a total capacity of 2,500 teus for storing imported containers under customs. The ICDs are located only 1km from the marine terminal, easing transfers.
