Tumaini Renatus Kimasa

Harvard Business School (HBS), University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM) and Mzumbe University (MU) alumnus with over 15 years of experience in progressively responsible senior management positions, Mr. Kimasa’s expertise includes organizational development, human capital, finance, operations management, and administration, in both private and public sectors. He is a dynamic and results-oriented leader with strong credentials and a proven track record as a high performer capable of resolving multiple and complex organizational issues. Throughout his career, he has managed NGOs, donor-funded projects, and public-private partnerships in a wide variety of health programs. His keen analytical skills, superior interpersonal skills, and team approach drive his management style at T-MARC. Mr. Kimasa provides technical oversight, management, and administrative leadership to T-MARC’s senior managers and assumes overall accountability for the management and implementation of T-MARC’s projects. He is overseeing T-MARC’s transition to a for-profit social enterprise model, strengthening organizational sustainability, introducing new products, and growing T-MARC’s overall project portfolio. He also serves as Secretary to the T-MARC Board of Directors.
