His Excellency Benjamin Mkapa has spoken strongly and passionately about the need for African leaders to recognize human capital as one of Africa’s greatest treasures and therefore to pursue development accordingly. Furthermore, in his recently launched book, “My Life, My Purpose: A Tanzanian President Remembers”, H.E. Rtd. President Mkapa encourages Tanzanians from different leadership platforms to strive for excellence in their purpose and calling.
