She is an accomplished Tanzanian leader and renowned sustainable economic growth and socio-economic development champion. Brenda is a pioneer in deploying Lean Management in Healthcare in Tanzania.
Her incredible achievements have made her an internationally acclaimed leader, with recognition and awards such as Most Inspiring Female Corporate Leader in Africa, Outstanding CEO by Pan-African Women Economic Summit, and Most Inspiring Female Corporate Leader in Tanzania by Consumer Choice Awards Africa.
Brenda is known for participating as a panelist and keynote speaker at conferences and symposiums. She is the Founder of Dear Girl Child BMK, an online mentorship platform for current and upcoming leaders. Brenda is deeply committed to creating opportunities for the next generation of leaders, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to make a difference
Brenda is a certified board governance professional from Harvard Business School, with a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare from the University of Plymouth and a Master of Pharmacy from the University of Brighton.
Brenda currently serves on the boards of the CEO Roundtable of Tanzania, the Medical Stores Department (MSD), World Vision Tanzania, and previously the Association of Tanzania Employers (ATE). Brenda holds the esteemed position of National Senior Health Compliance Advisor for International SOS and the Chairperson of the CEO Apprenticeship Program (CAP).
